Do I need a Bluetooth scale?＋
No. The planned initial workflow is designed for quick manual gram entry, with no special hardware required.
Who enters the color usage?＋
Either the stylist or an authorized person working in the dispensary, color room, or backbar can record the products and grams used for that stylist.
When are stylist charges settled?＋
The planned reports support payday settlement for employees and weekly settlement for chair renters. Salons will be able to choose the schedule that fits each arrangement.
Can I use my own color brand?＋
Yes. Salons will be able to use supported catalog products and add custom products when a line is not listed.
Is every stylist charged the same way?＋
No. Each person can have their own rule—track only, actual cost, cost plus a percentage, or a multiplier.
Do I have to enter client information?＋
No. Client information is optional because the product is about product usage, not client management.
Is this payroll or accounting software?＋
No. It calculates and reports what each employee or renter should be charged for professional color. It does not run payroll or replace your accounting system.
